This premiere villa is part of a large and private estate that has thriving groves of citrus and olives, stunning stone terraces that gaze out to the sea and frame the beautifully manicured gardens and grounds, and a charming pool terrace with sun decks and several al fresco lounging and dining areas. There are several covered terraces also furnished as outdoor living spaces.
A natural stone and terra cotta structure, it features enormous amounts of natural light, and this is emphasized by the neutral and pale palette used in the décor throughout. The main entrance introduces you to some of the Moorish influences found throughout the property, including the beautiful tile work, arched doorways and natural light. There is a lounge, sunken living room with beautifully tiled fireplace, cheerful dining room (also with fireplace), and the modern kitchen with premium appliances and beautiful cabinetry and work surfaces.
The four bedrooms include three with double beds, high end entertainment systems, dressing rooms and large, ensuite baths. A fourth features two single beds and a dressing room along with private bath. Each of the bedrooms has sea views or direct terrace access.
The property is for those eager to escape it all and yet enjoy optimal luxuries and amenities. An easy walk to the nearest village, it is the truest definition of a private island escape.
